Each Ad Specialty Direct  product is designed and sourced on a case-by-base basis. Due to the highly customized nature of our services, quote times will vary as we search for the perfect manufacturer and perfect price to meet your needs.

 

Production

The production time for your product will depend on its complexity and the availability schedule of the manufacturer. We will provide an estimated timetable with each quote. Average time from contract to delivery is 60 to 90 days.

 

Samples

It is important to us that your custom product is exactly what you want. We will provide pre-production samples so you can verify that the item is up to your standards.

 

Shipping

Shipping costs will depend upon the size, weight, volume and destination of your custom order. Duty fees may apply. Ad Specialty Direct will provide a shipping estimate with each quote, and will work with you to ensure that your product arrives on time, exactly where you want it. We offer the ability to ship to your door or individually to each of your clients or recipients.
